About the position
The Branch Banking - Client Consultant I - Float position involves traveling between assigned branches to deliver high-quality financial services to customers. The role focuses on providing exceptional client service, processing financial transactions accurately, and assisting the team in achieving branch goals.
Responsibilities
- Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition.
- Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions while adhering to operational standards.
- Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and complete required compliance trainings.
Requirements
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent, required
- 0 - 3 years of customer service and sales experience, required
- Experience in financial services industry, preferred
