About the position
The Branch Banking - Client Consultant I - Float is responsible for providing high-quality financial services to customers across multiple branches. This role involves interacting with clients, processing financial transactions, and assisting the team in achieving branch goals while maintaining operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition.
- Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions, striving for no controllable preventable losses.
- Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards, completing required compliance trainings.
Requirements
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent, required.
- 0 - 3 years of customer service and sales experience, required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in financial services industry, preferred.
