About the position

The Branch Banking Client Consultant I is responsible for providing high-quality financial services to customers in a professional and prompt manner. This role involves interacting with clients, processing financial transactions, and assisting the team in achieving branch goals while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance, including outstanding deposits and loans.
• Actively seek and deliver client introductions to the appropriate team members to meet growth targets.
• Assist clients with account questions, problems, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Deliver client engagement and education, meeting behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership.
• Perform timely and accurate daily financial transactions, aiming for no controllable preventable losses.
• Understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations, completing required compliance trainings.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0 - 3 years of customer service and sales experience required.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
