About the position

As a Branch Brand Ambassador at West Shore Home, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences and driving referral business. This position involves visiting customer job sites, delivering gifts, and engaging with homeowners to discuss their project needs and promote the referral rewards program. Your efforts will contribute to the company's mission of building a nationwide home remodeling brand and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan to visit customer job sites each day by reviewing the upcoming installation schedule and planning an efficient route.
• Visit both current jobs in progress and completed installations to gather happy customer photos for social media.
• Travel to 5-6 customer installation job sites daily to meet with homeowners and discuss their upcoming project needs.
• Utilize sales training to build interest in future projects and schedule appointments on the spot for engaged prospects.
• Maintain a fun, enthusiastic attitude in all customer-facing interactions to positively engage new prospects.
• Coach customers on how to take advantage of the referral rewards program during site visits.
• Organize customer experience gifts to deliver to customers on each site visit.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience or a desire to learn in a field marketing or sales role.
• Fun, high-energy, enthusiastic attitude in all customer-facing interactions.
• Proficiency with mobile technology (cell phone, iPad).
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems.
