Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide peace of mind by servicing their needs.
• Provide sales and support services to members, including selling membership and travel products.
• Generate leads and update members on travel and insurance specials.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agents when appropriate.
• Provide cashiering services, including processing payments for insurance policies and travel products.
• Receive and resolve member/customer complaints, seeking management assistance when necessary.
• Provide administrative support to travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods.
• Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products.
• Participate in office events to help generate revenue.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to provide timely solutions to customer problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to take personal responsibility in seeking solutions to problems.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
