The Branch Leader role at Fidelity in Austin, TX, is designed for individuals passionate about client service and leadership. This position involves partnering with the Vice President, Branch Leader to manage a team of licensed associates in a dynamic environment. The Branch Leader will focus on developing associates, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering a culture of integrity and collaboration within the branch.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Vice President, Branch Leader to lead a team of licensed associates.
- Support the development of branch associates through training, mentorship, and motivation.
- Implement national initiatives and cultivate business through client contact and local marketing.
- Oversee operational activities, including local risk and compliance issues and client concerns.
- Build a strong team that delivers results while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of trust through effective communication and coaching.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in financial services and planning.
- Three or more years of management experience within a financial services environment.
- Required certifications: Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65).
- Must obtain Series 9/10 and Insurance licenses within 60 days of hire.
Nice-to-haves
