About the position

As a Branch Manager at PNC's Highland Village branch in Houston, TX, you will be responsible for managing branch performance, driving revenue, and enhancing customer loyalty through consultative interactions. This role involves leading a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and creating a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment. You will also focus on talent development and risk management while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive branch performance.
  • Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients.
  • Create a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
  • Lead and influence the agenda of eco-system partners.
  • Accountable for risk management and compliance in a complex business environment.
  • Build a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.
  • Execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
  • Grow branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households.
  • Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement activities.
  • Coach team members to consultative selling to drive results and enable customer financial well-being.
  • Ensure delivery of a differentiated client experience and effective problem resolution.
  • Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in banking or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement.
