About the position

The Branch Manager I at Premier America Credit Union is responsible for leading the Burbank Hollywood Way branch, driving new business, ensuring excellent member experiences, and maintaining sound branch operations. This role requires a highly motivated individual who demonstrates leadership through example, focusing on achieving branch objectives and goals while complying with regulatory requirements as a designated Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive new business initiatives for the branch.
• Ensure excellent and consistent member experience.
• Maintain sound branch operations and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Develop, coach, and lead the branch team to meet key performance indicators.
• Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvement and productivity.
• Establish and maintain effective business relations with stakeholders.
• Analyze and prepare data to measure and report performance.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience.
• 1 to 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Advanced sales and lending experience.
• Knowledge of existing deposit and loan products.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Outstanding member focus and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to speak publicly and network for new business opportunities.
• Cash handling experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
