Responsibilities

  • Oversee branch operations and ensure achievement of business and financial objectives.
  • Enhance member relationships and engagement through effective service management.
  • Coach and mentor the Assistant Branch Manager with regular feedback and sessions.
  • Resolve personnel and member concerns using problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Develop and execute a community engagement strategy to foster local relationships and promote financial literacy.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to enhance brand awareness.
  • Establish partnerships with various Global Credit Union services to achieve growth objectives.
  • Obtain necessary insurance licenses and develop sales strategies for Personal Lines Insurance products.
  • Manage branch personnel functions including performance evaluations and recruitment.
  • Create a safe and inclusive work environment that encourages diverse ideas and positive relationships.
  • Monitor call center activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Experience in community engagement and relationship building.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to obtain state-mandated insurance licenses.
