The Branch Manager in Training (BMIT) position at Advance America is a performance-based, hands-on, customer-focused role designed for individuals who are eager to develop their careers in financial services. In this role, the BMIT will actively assist in achieving the branch's performance metrics as defined by management. This includes utilizing sales tools to enhance customer experiences and employing marketing techniques to attract new customers to both storefront and online channels. The BMIT will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a growing consumer loan portfolio, presenting tailored financial solutions based on customer needs, and educating customers about their loan terms to ensure clarity and understanding. Building trust with customers and internal staff is essential, as is embodying the core values and purpose of the organization. Additionally, the BMIT will assist in managing the branch's profit and loss (P&L) to meet budget expectations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. This includes maintaining accurate cash controls, entering customer information into the point of sales system, and performing collection activities as needed. The BMIT will work closely with the Branch Sales Manager and Divisional Director of Operations, supporting a positive team environment and enhancing the overall customer experience. This position is intended to serve as a developmental role, with the goal of promotion to a Branch Sales Manager position in the future.
