As a Branch Manager at JPMorgan Chase, you will be responsible for leading the branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a dynamic and engaging culture. Your role will involve coaching and developing employees, managing branch performance, and collaborating with various banking partners to meet customer needs. You will also be tasked with building community relationships and promoting the use of technology in banking services.

  • Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment with demonstrated commitment to operational integrity and policies
  • Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
  • College degree or military equivalent
  • 2+ years of management, Retail Banking experience or equivalent
  • Chase leadership experience
  • Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect team, partners and customers to technology
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and be a strong decision maker
