About the position

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our growing family in a hybrid role that blends the responsibilities of a Branch Manager and an Outside Sales Representative. This unique position offers a chance to influence operations and drive sales while fostering strong client relationships and overseeing branch performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This position requires 5+ years of oilfield sales experience, including a strong understanding of flow-line products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth
  • Split time 50/50 between fieldwork as an outside sales representative and office duties as the branch manager
  • Communicate directly with the Director of Sales and the Operations/inventory manager on branch needs
  • Manage on-hand inventory needs along with daily branch facility needs
  • Oversee the onsite inside sales team along with warehouse employees
  • Actively seek out new customers while maintaining and growing the current customer base
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Oversee product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the oilfield industry
  • Proven experience within inventory management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Strong ability to analyze sales performance data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on building a high-performing sales team
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales and key account management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of flow line sales products is essential
