About The Position
As a Branch Manager at Union Bank, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative activities under general direction. Your role will involve coordinating and directing operations and personnel of the branch to ensure efficient and profitable operations. You will ensure compliance with established policies and objectives, provide support to calling officers to further business development efforts, and work with the Branch Administrator to achieve branch objectives and plans. Additionally, you will provide direct teller and customer service for the assigned branch and may provide lending-related support functions.
