About the position

As a Branch Manager in Branch Banking, you will be responsible for ensuring that the branch meets and exceeds customer expectations while creating a great customer experience. You will direct all aspects of branch operations, grow deposits and investments, and coach bankers and associate bankers. This role emphasizes building lasting relationships with customers and the community, utilizing technology to enhance customer service, and fostering a dynamic and engaging culture within the branch.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the standard bearer of Chase and creates a world-class customer experience
• Educates clients on how to use our digital platforms to bank and invest
• Builds partnerships with local businesses to enhance brand presence
• Creates an environment that encourages exceptional customer service
• Identifies, coaches, develops, motivates, and supports employees
• Promotes a strong control environment adhering to risk/control expectations
• Leverages the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies for growth

Requirements

• Ability to set the tone of the branch for exceptional customer experience
• Outstanding leadership experience with a successful record of coaching employees
• Ability to manage competing priorities across branch locations
• Experience maintaining a strong risk and control environment
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent

Nice-to-haves

• College degree or military equivalent
• 2 years of management or Retail Banking experience
• Chase leadership experience
• Strong desire to influence and educate team and customers
• Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
