About the position
The Branch Manager at Senox Corporation is responsible for assisting the Branch Operations Manager in leading the branch team, overseeing customer service, and managing day-to-day operations. This role requires a motivated individual who can enhance branch operations and ensure a positive experience for both employees and customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Operations Manager in leading the branch team.
- Oversee customer service and day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Manage warehouse operations including setup and maintenance.
- Handle petty cash and perform cash handling duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Prepare reports and perform in-depth mathematical calculations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer skills including knowledge of Epicor.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in warehouse management.
