About the position

As a Senior Branch Manager at PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will oversee the Manchester branch in New Jersey, focusing on driving branch performance, enhancing customer loyalty, and managing a high-performing team. This role emphasizes consultative interactions with clients to promote financial well-being and requires effective risk management and compliance oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive branch performance.
  • Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients.
  • Create a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
  • Lead and influence the agenda of a broad range of eco-system partners.
  • Accountable for risk management and compliance in a complex business environment.
  • Build a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.
  • Execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
  • Grow branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households.
  • Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement activities.
  • Coach team members to engage with customers in technology-enabled interactions.
  • Lead effective problem resolution to enhance customer experience.
  • Drive employee experience through talent acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in banking or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of branch banking services and sales management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in effective communication and decision-making.
