About the position

As a Branch Manager at PNC, you will lead all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients. Responsibilities

  • Grow branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households.
  • Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement activities.
  • Coach team members to consultative selling to drive results and enable customer financial well-being.
  • Manage and coach to the delivery of a differentiated client experience.
  • Lead effective problem resolution, making banking easy for customers.
  • Connect all of PNC, delivering a seamless customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
  • Drive the employee experience and ensure effective onboarding, coaching, and development of talent.
  • Ensure employees achieve performance and activity expectations through ongoing performance management.
  • Model PNC values by cultivating and supporting an inclusive workplace.
  • Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in banking or sales management.
  • Foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement.
  • Ability to manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
