As a Senior Branch Manager at PNC, you will oversee the Walnut Creek branch, focusing on driving branch performance, enhancing customer loyalty, and managing a high-performing team. Responsibilities

  • Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance.
  • Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients.
  • Create a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
  • Lead and influence the agenda of a broad range of eco-system partners.
  • Accountable for risk management and compliance in a complex business environment.
  • Build a high performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.
  • Lead, plan, and execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
  • Grow branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households.
  • Drive business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities.
  • Coach team members to consultative selling to drive results and enable customer financial well-being.
  • Ensure delivery of a differentiated client experience and effective problem resolution.
  • Connect all of PNC to deliver a seamless customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
  • Drive the employee experience and manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Experience in banking and client counseling.
  • Strong decision-making and people management skills.
