About the position
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the branch, ensuring efficient functioning, and meeting branch goals. This role involves providing guidance on loan origination, compliance with regulations, and training staff to enhance performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all branch operations and ensure efficient and effective functioning
- Assist branch manager in daily routines
- Develop and implement strategies to meet branch goals and targets
- Provide guidance and support to manager on loan origination, pulling credit reports, and updating credit applications for loans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Maintain cash drawer
- Communicate with customers on cash available, and solving collection issues
- Provide training and coaching to CSR's and assist them daily.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and math skills for accurate calculations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
