About the position

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail sales, business development, and process improvement. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for achieving positive results in driving sales, parts and service growth within the dealership, while ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and objectives.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and professional development.
• Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets through effective business development strategies.
• Analyze financial reports, manage profit loss statements, and implement cost control measures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in collaboration with executive leadership to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead all departments in achieving customer and company objectives, while ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, motivation, and high performance.
