About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail sales, business development, and process improvement. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for achieving positive results in driving sales, parts and service growth within the dealership, while ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and objectives.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and professional development.
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets through effective business development strategies.
  • Analyze financial reports, manage profit loss statements, and implement cost control measures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in collaboration with executive leadership to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead all departments in achieving customer and company objectives, while ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, motivation, and high performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role with a focus on leadership and supervising teams.
  • Strong skills in business development with a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Experience in managing profit loss statements and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
