About The Position
At MDC Holdings, Inc./ HomeAmerican Mortgage, we are looking for a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee the operations and profitability of our assigned branch. This role is crucial in ensuring that our mortgage operations run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to regulatory compliance and guidelines. The Branch Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of highly qualified Loan Officers, maximizing product and pricing capabilities, and monitoring the performance of the Processing Center's Loan Officers Teams. The Branch Manager will also play a key role in the business planning process, developing and implementing business improvement initiatives at least annually. As the primary relationship manager for Richmond American Homes' (RAH) business units in the region, the Branch Manager will coordinate necessary meetings and activities to support RAH's expansion plans. This includes planning, coordinating, and implementing new business start-ups within RAH expansion territories. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Branch Manager will be an integral part of both HomeAmerican Mortgage and Richmond American Homes' Management Teams. This position requires industry knowledge and contributions that will be incorporated into the overall business model. The Branch Manager will also participate in special projects and operational meetings as requested by management, ensuring that the branch aligns with the company's strategic goals.
