About the position

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational and profitability aspects of the Ritzville branch. This role involves leading a team, providing exceptional customer service, and developing strategies for branch growth. The ideal candidate will focus on employee development, community engagement, and achieving sales and operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Ritzville branch operations and profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to promote retention and generate income.
  • Develop and implement branch sales plans and revenue-generating programs.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand market share.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and ensure their financial needs are met.
  • Conduct regular performance management and coaching for branch staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Participate in community engagement and represent the bank in local affairs.
  • Manage branch marketing efforts and coordinate advertising with the marketing department.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of branch facilities.

Requirements

  • A two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to five years of related experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
