The Branch Manager at Security Finance is a leadership role responsible for motivating and managing a team to achieve branch goals while providing exceptional customer service. This position serves as a vital link between the branch, the community, and customers, assisting them with financial needs through both in-person and phone interactions. The role emphasizes compliance with lending regulations and company policies, as well as community involvement and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
- Maintain office cash with accuracy and security.
- Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
- Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
- Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous management experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to fluently communicate in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
- Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driver's record.
- Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
- Previous finance experience.
