About The Position
iKrusher is looking for a Branch Manager for our Phoenix, AZ location to direct and oversee our organization's sales team and related policies, objectives, and initiatives. The Branch Manager will be responsible for setting both short and long-term sales strategies and evaluating the effectiveness of current sales programs. This role requires a deep understanding of customer motivations and the ability to tap into those needs effectively. The successful candidate will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, leading and directing the work of others with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected. The Branch Manager will report to the Associate Sales Director and will be tasked with recommending product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. This position requires familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. The candidate will be expected to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. The role also involves contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed and ensuring the achievement of divisional and personal targets aligned with company sales policies and strategies.
