About the position

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing one or more real estate sales offices, focusing on recruiting, training, and retaining a high-performing team of real estate agents. The role aims to achieve profitability and growth targets while fostering a culture of success and collaboration within the office and with regional management. The Branch Manager will implement operational programs, monitor financial performance, and engage with local Realtor associations to promote the company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations to achieve corporate goals and maximize profitability.
  • Implement and manage programs to exceed financial and operational objectives.
  • Review financial statements and reports to monitor performance and ensure efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and train agents accordingly.
  • Adhere to legal and regulatory issues as directed by the Principal Broker.
  • Manage and develop office staff through recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Engage in local Realtor associations and community events to promote the company.
  • Define and work on ongoing recruiting and office productivity growth plans.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance associate performance.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and training to drive office sales and morale.
  • Foster community engagement and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Support the Core Services team and drive the growth of related businesses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations.
  • Experience in recruiting and training sales associates.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Core Services in real estate such as title, mortgage, and property management.
  • Familiarity with local real estate market and community engagement strategies.
