About the position

As a Branch Manager at PNC, you will lead all aspects of branch performance, focusing on driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions. You will create a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment, manage risk and compliance, and build a high-performing team through effective coaching and development. Your role will also involve business development and community engagement to enhance branch revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of branch performance and drive revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Create a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
  • Collaborate with eco-system partners to enhance service delivery.
  • Accountable for risk management and compliance within the branch.
  • Attract, onboard, coach, and develop branch team members to build a high-performing team.
  • Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
  • Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement activities.
  • Coach team members to engage with customers confidently and provide consultative solutions.
  • Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in banking or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of branch banking services and digital awareness.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven sales management experience and results-oriented approach.
