About the position

The Branch Manager at Triton Stone Group is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Retail Design Center, ensuring that the sales team meets its goals while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing inventory, invoicing, safety compliance, and facilities maintenance, as well as leading a team of sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operations team helps the sales team meet goals and provide an unparalleled customer service experience
  • Maintain accurate inventory - receive and ship inventory; maintain proper documentation; enforce process discipline that supports accurate inventory
  • Invoice products - ensure accuracy including slab sizes, quantities, etc.; convert signed packing lists and pick tickets to invoices
  • Manage system maintenance - handle holds, sales orders, pick tickets and open incoming and outgoing transfers
  • Manage safety for the branch - implement, maintain and enforce Triton Safety Policy
  • Fleet Management - ensure branch is compliant with DOT regulations, licensing and registration for all vehicles
  • Process daily deposits and apply payments accurately
  • Handle returns and damage claims
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, loading and times
  • Facilities maintenance - local vendor management; landscaping; cleaning/janitorial

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years management experience
  • Prior industry experience preferred; however high-end retail, design, fashion experience would be considered
  • Experience managing staff of 6-8 sales associates
  • Must be self-starter who can take initiative and maintain professionalism and flexibility in a high paced work environment
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
