As a Branch Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch by coordinating and executing various administrative functions. This position reports directly to the local Branch Manager and has a dotted line to the Area Controller of Aspen Grove. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts receivable and payable, processing payroll, and providing sales support and reporting. You will also be responsible for HR onboarding compliance and general office administrative tasks, all while maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with both external customers and internal personnel. In this role, you will review and verify purchase orders, statements, and invoices to prepare payments, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner. You will oversee accounts receivables and collections, ensuring that billing practices are followed and invoices are accurate. Additionally, you will export timesheets from our Aspire Landscape Operating System and submit them for processing, as well as perform payroll adjustments and address any payroll issues that may arise. Your ability to provide operational reports to management and support human resources functions will be essential to the success of our branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branch administration, particularly within the landscaping industry, and will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer service-oriented mindset. You will be expected to manage office inventory, answer phone calls, and assist with various tasks as assigned, all while maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards. Your proactive approach and ability to work independently will be key to thriving in this role.
