In this role, you will receive comprehensive support, including a 6-month training program with an experienced peer to mentor you. As a BOA, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. You will take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year. Additionally, you will actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services and drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events. Responsibilities
