Additionally, you will have access to a wide support network that spans from your local branch office to regional and home office resources. While you will often work independently, you will have the backing of a large team dedicated to your success. As a BOA, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to clients, ensuring they feel understood and informed about their financial options. You will play an active role in the annual business planning process, assisting in the development of strategies for the upcoming year. Your ability to listen actively will be crucial in identifying situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services. Furthermore, you will drive marketing activities, including planning and executing events to promote our services and engage with clients.
