While you will often work independently, you will have the backing of a large team to ensure your success. As a BOA, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to clients, ensuring they feel understood and informed. You will take an active role in the annual business planning process, assisting in the development of strategies for the upcoming year. Additionally, you will need to actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services, and you will drive marketing activities, including planning and executing events.
