About the position

As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and establishing strong relationships. Your primary focus will be to understand your clients deeply, enabling you to anticipate their needs and help them navigate their financial journeys effectively. This role is not just about answering calls or managing schedules; it’s about being an integral part of a team that is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals. In this full-time position, you will work from our branch located at 411 Clarendon Ct Suite 103, Savoy, IL 61874. The BOA role is designed for individuals who are looking for a fulfilling career in financial services. You will collaborate closely with financial advisors to provide exceptional service to our clients, who number over seven million. Your responsibilities will include delivering personalized service, actively participating in the annual business planning process, and identifying opportunities for additional services based on client interactions.
