About the position

At Edward Jones, we are looking for a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) who will play a crucial role in our branch teams, which typically consist of two or three members, including a financial advisor. As a BOA, you will be the first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and in person, making it essential to build strong relationships and understand their needs deeply. Your primary responsibility will be to help clients identify their financial goals and proactively address any potential issues they may face. This role is not just about administrative tasks; it is about being a critical partner in the financial advisory process, ensuring that clients feel valued and informed throughout their journey. In this full-time position, you will work closely with financial advisors to assist clients in achieving their long-term financial objectives. The role requires a proactive approach to client service, including active listening to identify opportunities for additional services and participating in the annual business planning process. You will also be involved in driving marketing activities, such as planning and executing events to engage clients and prospects.
