About the position

As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) at Edward Jones, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. This position is designed for individuals who are relationship builders, problem solvers, and critical thinkers. You will be the first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and in person, making it essential to develop a deep understanding of their needs and concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in identifying their financial goals and proactively addressing any issues that may arise. In this full-time role, you will collaborate closely with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial objectives. The BOA position is integral to our branch teams, which typically consist of two or three members. You will receive comprehensive training over six months, including mentorship from experienced peers, and will have access to a wide support network that extends from your branch to the home office. Your daily tasks will include delivering personalized service to clients, participating in the annual business planning process, and actively listening for opportunities to provide additional services. You will also be involved in driving marketing activities, such as planning and executing events, to enhance client engagement.
