About the position

As a BOSPs, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both over the phone and in person. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and anticipating their financial challenges. This proactive approach is essential in helping clients achieve their financial goals alongside their financial advisor. In this full-time position, you will work closely with financial advisors to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will be involved in the annual business planning process, contributing to the development of strategies that align with our clients' long-term objectives. Your role will also include actively listening to clients to identify opportunities for additional services that may benefit them. Furthermore, you will take part in driving marketing activities, including planning and executing events that enhance client engagement.
