About the position

As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) at Edward Jones, you will play a crucial role in our branch teams, which typically consist of two or three members, including a financial advisor. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel understood and informed. You will be the first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and in person, making your role essential in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. In this full-time position, you will collaborate closely with financial advisors to assist clients in reaching their long-term financial objectives. You will engage in various activities, including delivering exceptional personalized service, participating in the annual business planning process, and actively listening for signs that clients may require additional services. Additionally, you will drive marketing initiatives, such as planning and executing events, to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
