About the position

At Edward Jones, we are looking for a Branch Office Support Professional (BOA) who will play a critical role in our branch teams, which typically consist of two or three members, including a financial advisor. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and establishing strong relationships. Your primary focus will be to understand your clients' needs deeply, enabling you to anticipate their financial challenges and assist them in achieving their long-term financial goals. This role is not just about answering calls or managing schedules; it’s about being an integral part of a team that values collaboration and client-centric service. In this full-time position, you will work from our branch located at 3362 Morgan Drive, Birmingham, AL 35216. The BOA will collaborate closely with financial advisors, participating actively in the annual business planning process and helping to develop strategies for the upcoming year. You will also be involved in driving marketing activities, including planning and executing events that enhance client engagement.
