About the position

At Edward Jones, we are looking for a Branch Office Support Professional (BOA) who will play a critical role in our branch teams, which typically consist of two or three members, including a financial advisor. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and establishing strong relationships. Your primary focus will be to understand your clients deeply, enabling you to anticipate their needs and help them navigate their financial journeys effectively. This role is not just about answering calls or managing schedules; it’s about being an integral part of a team that is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals. In this full-time position, you will work from our branch located at 1050 E Interstate Ave, Suite 121, Bismarck, ND 58503. The BOA role is designed for individuals who are looking for a fulfilling career in financial services. You will collaborate closely with financial advisors to assist clients in reaching their long-term financial objectives.
