About the position

At Edward Jones, we are looking for a Branch Office Support Professional (BOA) who will play a critical role in our branch teams, which typically consist of two or three members, including a financial advisor. As a BOA, you will be the first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and in person, making it essential to build strong relationships and understand their needs deeply. Your primary responsibility will be to not only assist clients in identifying their financial challenges but also to anticipate their needs proactively. This role is pivotal in helping clients achieve their financial goals, and you will work closely with the financial advisor to provide exceptional service and support. In this full-time position, you will be based at our branch located at 811 Irvine Street, Yoakum, TX 77995. The BOA role is designed for individuals seeking a fulfilling career in financial services, where you will be part of a team that serves over seven million clients. You will receive comprehensive training over six months, including mentorship from an experienced peer, and have access to a wide support network that extends from your branch to the home office. You will also participate in the annual business planning process and drive marketing activities, such as planning and executing events.
