About the position

At Edward Jones, the Branch Office Administrator (BOA) plays a crucial role in the branch team, working closely with Financial Advisors to provide exceptional service to clients. As the first point of contact for clients, whether on the phone or in person, the BOA is responsible for building strong relationships and understanding clients' needs. This position is not just about administrative tasks; it involves actively engaging with clients to identify their financial goals and potential challenges before they arise. The BOA is integral to the success of the branch, contributing to the overall client experience and satisfaction. The role includes a comprehensive training program lasting six months, during which new BOAs will receive mentorship from experienced peers. This support network extends beyond the branch, connecting BOAs with resources from the regional and home office levels.
