About the position

As a BOSPs, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both over the phone and in person. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and anticipating their financial goals. This role is not just about administrative tasks; it’s about being a proactive partner in helping clients navigate their financial journeys. You will work closely with financial advisors to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and support, which is essential for achieving their long-term financial objectives. In this full-time position, you will engage in various activities that contribute to the overall success of the branch. This includes participating in the annual business planning process, where you will assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year. You will also be involved in marketing activities, planning and executing events that enhance client engagement. Your ability to listen actively and identify situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services will be key to your success in this role.
