About the position

At Edward Jones, we are looking for a Branch Office Support Professional (BOA) who will play a critical role in our branch teams, which typically consist of two or three members, including a financial advisor. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and establishing strong relationships. Your primary focus will be to understand your clients' needs deeply, enabling you to anticipate their financial challenges and assist them in achieving their long-term financial goals. This role is not just about answering calls or managing schedules; it’s about being an integral part of a team that values collaboration and client service. In this full-time position, you will work from our branch located at 109 A Regency Commons Dr, Greer, SC 29650. The BOA will team up with Financial Advisors to provide exceptional personalized service, ensuring that clients feel understood and informed. You will actively participate in the annual business planning process, helping to develop strategies for the upcoming year, and you will be expected to listen for cues in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services. Additionally, you will drive marketing activities, including planning and executing events to enhance client engagement.
