About the position

As a BOSPs, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both over the phone and in person, making your role vital in establishing and nurturing client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to understand your clients deeply, enabling you to anticipate their needs and help them navigate their financial journeys effectively. Working closely with financial advisors, you will contribute to helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals, which is at the heart of our mission. In this full-time position, you will be based at our branch located at 1109 Main Street, Suite D, Conway, SC 29526. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including delivering exceptional personalized service, actively participating in the annual business planning process, and identifying opportunities for additional services based on clients' life situations. You will also be involved in driving marketing activities, such as planning and executing events, to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
