The BOA will engage in various responsibilities, including participating in the annual business planning process, which involves assisting in the development of strategies for the upcoming year. This role also includes driving marketing activities, such as planning and executing events that promote the branch's services and enhance client engagement. The BOA will often work independently but will have the support of a vast network that extends from the branch office to the home office, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
