Requirements

• Familiarity with TFCU products and services.
• Understanding of privacy procedures and confidentiality guidelines.

• Ability to use and maintain basic office equipment.
• Basic computer skills, preferably with experience in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality member service and support credit union sales efforts.
• Perform basic transactions for members regarding products and services.
• Consult with members to provide solutions that match their needs.
• Project a positive image as a representative of the credit union.
• Complete various tasks within the branch, including answering phones and processing mail.
• Work as a safe deposit representative.
• Ensure confidentiality of member information and adherence to security procedures.
