Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. You will be responsible for completing operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve performing routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks through a solid understanding of bank procedures and products, as well as collaboration with partners across the organization. You will support the Branch Manager in operational tasks and scheduling, and you will be tasked with resolving issues related to the daily operations of the teller line under the direction of regional banking management. Additionally, you will support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints, providing excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions. Identifying information and services to meet customers' financial needs will also be a key part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to motivate a diverse team to achieve their full potential and meet established business objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
