About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. You will be responsible for completing operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and in accordance with bank procedures and products. Your responsibilities will include performing routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks. You will support the Branch Manager in operational tasks and scheduling, and you will be tasked with resolving issues related to the daily operations of the teller line under the direction of regional banking management. Additionally, you will support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints, providing excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions. As a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will also identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs and motivate a diverse team to achieve their full potential while meeting established business objectives. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures, receiving guidance from managers as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
