Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. You will be responsible for completing operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of bank procedures and products, as well as collaboration with partners across the organization. As a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will support the Branch Manager in various operational tasks and scheduling, resolve issues related to the daily operations of the teller line, and provide guidance to customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints. Your ability to provide excellent service to customers will be paramount, as you will be expected to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions. Additionally, you will identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs and motivate a diverse team to achieve their full potential and meet established business objectives. This role is not just about managing transactions; it’s about creating a positive customer experience and ensuring that the branch operates smoothly. You will be expected to exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures, and your ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts will be critical in preventing losses. The position may require working a schedule that includes most Saturdays, and it is essential to adhere to all compliance and risk management guidelines to support the overall success of the branch and the company.
