About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role is pivotal in supporting the customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. The Branch Operations Coordinator will be responsible for completing operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and in accordance with bank procedures and products. In this position, you will perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks. You will support the Branch Manager in operational tasks and scheduling, and resolve issues related to the daily operations of the teller line under the direction of regional banking management. Your role will also involve supporting customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and professionalism. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent service to customers and individuals by building relationships and completing requested transactions. You will be expected to identify information and services that meet customers' financial needs and motivate a diverse team to achieve their full potential while meeting established business objectives. Requirements
