Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. You will be responsible for completing operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of bank procedures and products, as well as the ability to collaborate with partners across the organization. As a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will support the Branch Manager in various operational tasks and scheduling, resolve issues related to the daily operations of the teller line, and provide guidance to customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints. Your role will involve exercising judgment within defined policies and procedures while providing excellent service to customers by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions. You will also be tasked with identifying information and services to meet customers' financial needs and motivating a diverse team to achieve their full potential and meet established business objectives. This position is integral to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within the branch. You will be expected to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays, and you will be part of a team that values diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
